I am happy with the functionality of the CLA tool. It is simple to use, once trained on it.

It probably is the most perfect service or support I have received from a ‘technology’ company. Feedback is provided timeously, issues are tackled with care and understanding, and I feel like CLA drives and manages our relationship very well. When the need arises, they are flexible with coming on-site to resolve issues. The service is really out of this world.

Messages are delivered directly to my Bayporteers, in an integrated way, so I am not too worried about them not receiving it. It is my go-to tool when I know I need to communicate.
