I am happy with the CLA tool. Once you have attended the training, it’s easier to use the tool. The more you use the better you become at using the tool. And if you are having difficulties the CLA support team is always ready and willing to assist. Both customer service and support are good, the team is always willing to help. The CLA system has made our internal communications more efficient. We also enjoy the different channels/platform with which we can use to deliver our messaging.
