We have found the product user-friendly and easy to manage. We extensively use the screensavers as well as the questionnaires and “pop-up” messages and have found that we have been able to increase staff awareness of our key messages and we definitely reach more of our staff members compared to our previous communication that consisted mainly of mass e-mail and the intranet. The aftersales service that we receive is of a high standard and I would definitely recommend the product.
