# Anglo American
CLA has been a very helpful tool to cut through the noise and move away from using emails as a means to communicate campaigns. CLA has a far better chance of capturing the attention of an end user that spends their majority of their work time in front of a laptop. CLA also gave us innovative ways to engage with end users in a manner that doesn’t frustrate the end user or be too invasive or disruptive.
